Chick-fil-A Christmas Day Thieves Arrested in Woodbridge: Police

Around 3 a.m. on Dec. 25 they broke into the eatery and then broke into a safe and took money, according to Prince William County Police.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — Two males, including a juvenile, who allegedly broke into a Chick Fil A restaurant early Christmas morning and broke into safe before fleeing with an undisclosed amount of money were arrested Wednesday, according to Prince William County Police.

Detrell Bailey, 18, of the 4800 block of Cavallo Way, was charged with burglary and grand larceny.

A juvenile, 16, also was charged with burglary and grand larceny.

Both are being held without bond.

On Dec. 25, employees told police about the incident that occurred about 3:05 a.m., and the suspects were caught on surveillance video.

They had forced open a rear door to gain entry.
