Child Porn Charges Hit Woodbridge Man: Police

WOODBRIDGE, VA—A man with more than 60,000 images of suspected child pornography was arrested last week, according to Prince William County Police. Justin Zachary Klinger, 32, of the 1700 block of Ann Scarlet Court in Woodbridge, was charged April 10 with possession of child pornography. More charges are pending.

Earlier this month, a Prince William County Police detective was contacted by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about Klinger. He was thought to be uploading and downloading suspected child porn on the Internet. Multiple search warrants were obtained for social media accounts, vehicles and a residence.
