Child Porn Uploads to Internet Prompts Arrest in Woodbridge: Police

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A man flagged by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children for uploading child pornography to the Internet was arrested Tuesday, according to Prince William County Police.

Andrew Earl Emann, 31, of the 3900 block of Forestdale Avenue, was charged with one count of possession of child pornography and nine counts of possession of child pornography (second or subsequent offense).

Police executed a search warrant Tuesday at the residence and seized evidence supporting possession of child pornography.

Emann is being held without bond.
