Computers Stolen From Homes in Woodbridge Area: Police

Prince William County Police say nothing else appears to have been stolen in the two incidents, and there were no signs of forced entry.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — Two Woodbridge-area homes with no signs of forced entry were burglarized Thursday sometime in the morning or early afternoon, according to Prince William County Police, and both incidents had striking similarities.

Namely, both residences had two computers stolen and apparently nothing else.

In the first incident, reported shortly before 6:30 p.m. in the 13500 block of Rush Drive in Woodbridge, the homeowner said the burglary had to have happened between 8 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Police believe the thieves got into the residence through an unsecured window.

In the second incident, reported shortly after 6:30 p.m. in the 15300 block on Inlet Place in Dumfries, the homeowner said the burglary had to have happened between 6:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. There were no signs of forced entry.
