Man 'Critically Missing' In Prince William County, State Police Say

WOODBRIDGE, VA — Authorities are searching for a Woodbridge man who was last seen Saturday morning driving away from a Woodbridge home.

Ghulam Rasool is considered critically missing, Virginia State Police said in an alert sent at 5:25 p.m. Saturday on behalf of Prince William County Police.

"This disappearance poses a credible threat to their health and safety as determined by the investigating agency," the state police alert said.

Rasool is 57 years old, 5 feet, 6 inches tall and 140 pounds with brown eyes and black hair, the alert said.

He was possibly wearing green pants and the patterned button-up shirt seen in the photo of him released by state police.

He was last seen at 8:30 a.m. Saturday driving away from George Frye Circle in Woodbridge. His vehicle was found in the area of Mapledale Avenue and Miles Court in Dale City, and he is believed to be on foot, state police said.
