Dale City Lions Announces Two Scholarship Winners

Dale City Lions Club congratulates our 2014 scholarship winners:
Bianka Smith, a recent graduate of Freedom High School and Florence Babatundet, a Gar-Field High School graduate.

Florence and Bianka will both be attending James Madison University.

Additionally, applicants must qualify in four categories:
1. Scholastic Aptitude
2. Character
3. Participation in school and community
4. Financial need.

Each year, the Dale City Lions award at least two scholarships in the amount of $500.00 each. To qualify, the applicants must be Dale City residents and have been accepted to an accredited university or college.
