Driver Flees Overturned Vehicle After Chase in Woodbridge: Police
The man left a 17-year-old passenger in the vehicle before getting away on foot, according to Prince William County Police.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A man led police on a high-speed chase last Thursday before his vehicle smashed into a guard rail on Telegraph Road and overturned. The driver fled the scene on foot, leaving a teenage passenger in the vehicle, according to Prince William County Police.
Jeffrey Scott Perry, 35, of the 2400 block of Drexel Street in Woodbridge, is wanted on charges of child neglect, felony eluding and hit and run.
The passenger, a 17-year-old male, suffered minor injuries.

Around 6:30 p.m., police tried to pull over a vehicle in the area of Caton Hill Road and Minnieville Road for a traffic violation. The driver, police say, then sped up and headed north on Minnieville Road before getting onto Telegraph Road and crashing.
