Woman Flees Vehicle, Repeatedly Dragged Back in Woodbridge Incident

WOODBRIDGE, VA — The 18-year-old female driver from Woodbridge apparently was fed up arguing with a male acquaintance. She stopped the vehicle, got out, and walked away.
Several times, in fact. Not just walking but eventually running.
Each time, though, the man caught her and dragged her back to the vehicle, according to Prince William County Police.

Now he's in jail.
Terrance Anthony Brown Jr., 20, of Dumfries, is charged with abduction and assault and battery and is being held without bond.

Several callers to 911 described the incident Monday afternoon in the 12700 block of Marblestone Drive, according to police. After an investigation, Brown was arrested.
The woman suffered minor injuries.
