Drunk Driver Arrested With Young Kids In Woodbridge: Police

A drunk woman with three young children in her vehicle crashed into two parked vehicles Friday in Woodbridge: Prince William County Police.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A drunk woman with three young children in her vehicle and an open container of alcohol in her lap crashed into two parked vehicles Friday night in the 13000 block of Colby Drive, according to Prince William County Police. Kimberly Ann Rainey, 34, of the 13100 block of Orleans Street, was charged with three felony counts of felony child neglect, one count of driving under the influence (second offense in five years), one count of driving with an open container and one count of reckless driving. She's being held without bond.

Shortly before 9 a.m., police responded to the scene for the reported crashes. The officers smelled alcohol on the driver's breath and arrested her without incident. Inside the vehicle were a 5-year-old girl, an 8-year-old boy and a 10-year-old girl. They weren't injured and were released to a family member's custody.
