WOODBRIDGE, VA—A precautionary partial lockdown of Dumfries Elementary School was lifted Thursday afternoon and police gave school officials an "all clear" notice. There had been undisclosed police activity in a nearby area, prompting the measures. Prince William County Police have not disclosed what they were doing in the area, and a call was not immediately returned.
