Another suspect was spotted jumping a fence from one yards to another. He was chased, caught and arrested. Police continued the search for the third subject for several hours. He had run out of his shoes during the initial chase. Shortly before noon, police saw a male juvenile riding a bicycle in the area. He told them he was visiting from out of town and had attended a party in Stafford the previous evening.

He was wearing sandals but his socks were completely wet and covered in grass. So he was detained and interviewed, after which a search found a key fob that was traced to a stolen vehicle in Prince William County.
