E-Commerce Warehouse Campus Being Built In Woodbridge
New warehouse space in Woodbridge will serve businesses for their e-commerce.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A future warehouse campus to provide space for companies' e-commerce broke ground Tuesday in Woodbridge.
Belmont Logistics will be a three-building campus with 416,000 square feet on 36.6 acres southeast of Richmond Highway. The development is being led by IDI Group Companies, which is behind new multifamily residential communities Rivergate North and Viridium in north Woodbridge. The joint venture also includes the landowners, ACD Precast, LLC and the Carosi family.
Prince William County leaders joined IDI Group Companies and development partners to celebrate the start of construction. According to the company, Belmont Logistics will be the only new industrial space opening in 2024 in Northern Virginia's Interstate 95 corridor.

"This type of development is vital to support economic growth in the region," said IDI Managing Director Enrico Cecchi. "We anticipate that its scope and connectivity to the region will make it an ideal choice for companies needing a pivotal location for e-commerce, with its easy access to transportation and other services they require."
The warehouse spaces will be opened in two phases over three years. The first phase will be an 110,000-square-foot warehouse ready by the end of 2024. The site will have 540 parking spaces and approximately 40 trailer parking spaces. The rest of the project could be completed in 2026, including 55,000 additional square feet of outdoor storage space.
