This Monday and Wednesday (and Friday, for an additional fee) class meets at the for a mild exercise class in warm and shallow water. A physician's release form is required as is a $35 fee to participate in this class (or $55 fee with the Friday classes). Stretching and muscle strengthening are key aspects of this course.
