This Monday and Wednesday (and Friday, for an additional fee) class meets at the for a mild exercise class in warm and shallow water. A physician's release form is required as is a $40 fee (or $65 with Friday classes) to participate in this class. Stretching and muscle strengthening are key aspects of this course.
