New parents are invited to for a childbirth preparation class taught by a certified childbirth educator. The class will take participants step-by-step through the labor process, show effective breathing and relaxation techniques, and pain medications will be explained.
Participants are recommended to complete the classes at least 2-3 weeks prior to their due date.
Participants will need to bring a blanket, 2-3 blankets, and a watch that counts seconds with them to each class.

There is a $130 fee for this class, and space is limited so registration is required. Please register for this class using the mother's name only, but the registration fee includes the mother and a support person.
The dates for this cycle of classes are March 7, 9, 14, and 16.
