EKG Pocket Screening

It is recommended by the American Heart Association and the American College of Cardiology that all adults over the age of 40 have a baseline EKG card.  is offering screenings including a complete 12-lead EKG reading, cholesterol test, blood pressure check, heart risk evaluation with body composition analysis. Afterwards participants will be sent a pocket-sized card with their baseline EKG and essential emergency information and cardiac history.

There is a $20 fee for this screening process.
