Fit For Christ Boot Camp

Do you feel that you need a real fitness challenge? Are you frustrated with not achieving the gains you desire? Join us at our Fit for Christ Boot Camp in the rear of First Baptist Church of Woodbridge. We open & close with prayer, warm up the body, and we then we jump into it! We are talking
push-ups, plyometrics, presses, squats, working the arms, lunges, the whole nine! We also have an obstacle course of tire jumps, flipping monster truck tires, pylon dashes, core exercises, and cool down. Come out and get physically
