Bring a team and your name will be included in a drawing for a FREE Round of Golf for four at Montclair Country Club. Even if you can't make it, register the team under your name and your name will be entered! Also, it's never too late to donate!

Please join us as we raise money for the Christopher Cummings Memorial Scholarship fund.
The tournament will be Captain's Choice Format with a Shot-Gun start at 1:00 PM with an Awards Banquet to be held at 6:30 PM.
Registration for the tournament will be $100 per player which will also include a ticket for the Awards Banquet. Players may also purchase additional Banquet tickets for $40.
We will have prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and last place, closest to the pin for male and female, and longest drive for male and female.
We will sell Mulligans for $6 for one and $10 for two with a limit of two.
We will also have door prizes and raffles.
Registration will be held September 19 - 30, 2011 with registration details to follow.
There are many sponsorship opportunities available and all sponsors will be mentioned in the program and during the award ceremony. We will also mention them on FB and "Like" their PB page if they have one. Please everyone support the sponsors! Here are the sponsorship opportunities:

$600 - team of four plays FREE
$300 - two players play FREE
$150 - one player plays FREE
HOLE SPONSORSHIPS. We will have a hole designated to your business and/or family or group
$350 - Hole-in-one
$100 - Hole Sponsorship
VENDOR TABLES - Vendors may pay $50 for a table to display their merchandise with a percentage of all sales to benefit the scholarship fund. We currently have a Pampered Chef vendor, a Mary Kay vendor, and a jewelry vendor. We'd like several more!
BASKETS FOR RAFFLE - We would like to also have at least 10 gift baskets to raffle. If you are able to donate a basket and/or know of anyone that would be able to contribute and/or donate, please contact us.
