will be offering a Water Safety Instructor Course for those 16 years old and up. Candidates for this course learn to teach all levels of American Red Cross swimming lessons, including child and parent and learn to swim levels.
Candidates must be 16 years old by the last day of this course, be able to swim at Level 4 skill level, possess Fundamentals of Instructor Training certification (which is included in the course for an additional fee), or have a current Red Cross Instructor Certification.
To be eligible for certification, students must attend all of the classes in this course, and successfully complete all of the course work, written and water test.

There is a $200 fee if students do not have a current FIT certification, and $175 fee if students do have a current FIT certification.
