Individual courses introduce you to learning to pair wines, understanding American and European wine, and tasting dessert wines.

These classes are great for beginners and those who are enthusiastic wine drinkers looking for greater wine understanding and vocabulary.

Stratford’s enthusiast wine classes, like our university courses, focus on teaching knowledge, codified techniques, and critical thinking. Our classes are small (no more than 20 participants) and take place in our well appointed class spaces.

Please bring a state issued ID with you to class. 

$60 price includes lecture, guided tasting of at least 6 wines, light food pairings, and presentation notes.
