Woodbridge Middle School will be hosting a community event to kick-off their Rachel's Challenge program in the middle school auditorium at 2201 York Drive Woodbridge, VA 22191
on Thursday, September 20 at 7:00pm. Rachel Joy Scott was a high school student who was killed during the massacre at Columbine. Her legacy is a program called Rachel's Challenge which has been changing and improving school cultures all across America. Rachel's Challenge is a series of student empowering programs and strategies that equip students and adults to combat bullying and ally feelings of isolation and despair by creating a culture of kindness and compassion. Many comment how their schools become so much nicer and friendlier after students and parents were introduced to this inspiring program. Please join us to see what your students are talking about.
