The purpose of WPCCA is to unite the communities of Woodbridge to address issues such as land use, environment, transportation and development. The Association also participates in civic matters throughout Prince William County, Virginia. Any resident, business, non-profit organization or property owner in the Woodbridge Magisterial District, eighteen years of age or older, may be an Association member. Membership requires annual registration and attendance in at least one meeting per year.
