Yoga Movement - Agility and Strength

 invites those 16 years and older to come out and participate in a slow moving yoga. Through this class participants will improve their range of motion and learn the basics of yoga. This is a great class for those recovering from an injury, runners with tight legs, people who have difficulty reaching or stretching, or those who have special issues they need help with.

There is a $65 fee for four 60-minute classes.
