Fatal House Fire Victim Identified In Woodbridge
A man who died in a house fire early Sunday morning in Woodbridge has been identified as James Patrick Morrough, 61: PWC Police
WOODBRIDGE, VA — A man who died in a house fire early Sunday morning in the 1500 block of Walnut Street has been identified as James Patrick Morrough, 61, according to Prince William County Police. Based on an autopsy by the Medical Examiner's office, the cause of death appears to be accidental and that it resulted from the fire. No foul play is suspected.
Shortly before 6 a.m., police arrived at the scene to assist firefighters with was what determined to be a fatal fire. The occupant was found inside and pronounced dead at the scene. The cause of the blaze remains under investigation by the Fire Marshal's office.
