Fatal Shooting in Woodbridge
Man was found shot in a parking lot off of Route 1, according to Prince William County Police.
A man was killed Wednesday night in Woodbridge, according to Prince William County Police.
Responding to a report of a shooting, officers found the victim in a parking lot at 10:50 p.m. in the 14400 block of Village Drive. The area is a townhome community off of Route 1.
The victim has been identified as Blaise Meter, 20, of Woodbridge.

Meter was found shot in the upper body. He was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police spokesman Officer Steven Mattos Jr.
A woman was also at the scene, but was not injured, according to police.

Detectives do not believe the incident is random.
