Fatal Stabbing In Woodbridge Under Investigation, Two Arrested
Prince William police are investigating a fatal stabbing that killed a 17-year-old girl and injured two others Tuesday night.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — Prince William police are investigating a stabbing that killed a 17-year-old girl and injured two men Tuesday night. As part of the investigation, police also arrested two people in connection to the stabbing, which happened around 11:45 p.m. in the area of Robinson Court and Harrison Street.
According to police, the stabbing resulted from a fight in the area between the victims and the suspects, identified as 19-year-old Jennifer J. Mejia-Recillas and 20-year-old Enrique M. Stock. The female victim was taken to a nearby hospital where she died as a result of her injuries . The two male victims, both 26 years old, were also taken to a hospital and are expected to survive their injuries.
Police said the suspects fled the scene in a car before officers arrived. Their car was located abandoned in the area of Fir Court in Woodbridge. Following a K-9 and helicopter search of the area, the suspects eventually were arrested at their home on Brentwood Court in Woodbridge.

Mejia-Recillas was arrested on one count of murder and two counts of aggravated malicious wounding. Stock was arrested on one count of accessory after the fact and two counts of assault and battery. Both are currently being held without bond.
