Fight, Robbery Ends With Arrest in Woodbridge: Police
Man allegedly stole a cell phone and money from two female victims, according to Prince William County Police.
WOODBRIDGE, VA — A man involved in a fight with two female acquaintances during which a cell phone and money were stolen Thursday night in the 1300 block of Eisenhower Circle has been arrested, according to Prince William County Police.
Jeffrey Owusu, 19, was charged with robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery.
Shortly before 6:30 p.m., police arrived at the site to investigate a reported large fight. The victims, a 28-year-old woman and a 35-year-old woman, both of Woodbridge, said they became involved in an argument that escalated with several other people.

Owusu was arrested without incident and is being held without bond.
