Fire Destroys Home Sunday in Montclair: Prince William County Fire and Rescue

DUMFRIES, VA — A fire destroyed a home early Sunday morning in the 3900 block of Findley Road, according to Prince William County Fire and Rescue.

No one was injured in the two-story house fire, which was reported by the two adult residents around 5 a.m. after they detected a burning smell. They fled the home even before smoke alarms sounded.

A dog died and a cat is missing.
