Fire Displaces Four Residents in Dale City

A late-night fire in Dale City has displaced a family of four, according to the Prince William County Department of Fire and Rescue.

Red Cross is assisting the two adults and two children, according to a release.

Fire and rescue crews responded to a structure fire at 11 p.m. in the 14100 block of Renley Court in Dale City.

All of the residents had already escaped the home safely and firefighters found the fire in an upstairs bedroom. It was extinguished and contained to the room, according to the release.

No injuries were reported.

The origin of the fire was the bedroom and the cause has been determined accidental, according to the Fire Marshall.
