First Day of School 2014 Social Pics

On the first day of school, you can’t send the kids off without a quick picture. And many parents shared those first-day pics on Twitter and Instagram.

If there are trends in school picture snapping, standouts this year include parent selfies with the kids and a collage of three or four shots. There’s also surly teenagers sharing pictures on social media that were the opposite of celebratory (none of which are included in this gallery).
