First Watch Brunch Restaurant Now Open In Woodbridge

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A new brunch option opened its doors in Woodbridge on Monday. The First Watch restaurant, which specializes in "daytime dining," is now open at 2680 Prince William Parkway in Woodbridge.

The new restaurant can seat more than 180 guests, employs 30 people, and includes a covered patio and a dedicated to-go entrance.

Robert Botelho is the vice president of operations for First Watch.

"Since opening the doors of our first restaurant here in Virginia 16 years ago, we knew it was a place we wanted to plant roots, especially seeing just how much our customers feel right at home at First Watch, whether they’re having Million Dollar Bacon for lunch or Avocado Toast for breakfast,” Botelho said in a news release. “We take great pride in expanding these brunch moments just outside our nation’s capital to more of our neighbors in Woodbridge."

Through Friday, anyone who dines in at the new First Watch will receive free coffee with their meal. The first 120 people to visit the facility will also receive a free reusable travel mug.

"From exploring the town’s many hiking trails to enjoying a day out shopping at Potomac Mills, we look forward to being your go-to spot for breakfast, brunch and lunch, for any occasion, for years to come," Botelho said.
