Footlights and Fairy Tales! for Ages 5-7
Children's acting workshop for ages 5-7, starting July 20th and July 27th at the Center for the Arts at the Candy Factory.
For a recipe of fun add a dash of fantasy, a pinch of adventure, and sprinkle liberally with fairy dust for this magical journey into musical theatre for ages 5-7. Footlights and Fairy Tales introduces the young actor to basic performance skills through movement, music and imagination. Children have fun acting out a simple play based on a child-hood tale or short story. Family and friends are invited to a performance on the last day of this two week adventure. This camp runs from July 20th to the 31st and July 27th to August 7th (Monday through Friday) from 9-11:30 am.
