Girl Sexually Assaulted in Woodbridge: Police
A 13-year-old girl was sexually assaulted multiple times by a male acquaintance in November, according to Prince William County Police.
WOODBRIDGE, VA — A 13-year-old girl was sexually assaulted by a male acquanitance on more than one occasion last November a a residence in Manassas, according to Prince William County Police. The man was arrested Wednesday following an investigation.
Caleb Inez-Lynn Roucka, 20, of the 1400 block of Bayside Avenue in Woodbridge, was charged with two counts of aggravated sexual battery and one count of indecent liberties with a minor. He's being held without bond.

The girl recently disclosed the incidents and police were notified. Roucka was arrested without incident.
