Goodbye Hard Times, Hello Ornery Beer Company
A new brewpub is moving into the restaurant's space this summer in Woodbridge.

The Hard Times Cafe is closing its doors in Woodbridge this summer, and a brewpub will take its place, according to media reports.
The Ornery Beer Company plans to open in July in the restaurant’s space in the Potomac Festival shopping center, across Opitz Boulevard from Potomac Mills mall, the website InsideNoVa reported recently. The combination brewery and restaurant will also occupy the unit next door, a total of 12,000 square feet.

The Ornery Beer Company will offer three to five of its own beers, as well as seasonal varieties. They will include German and Belgian styles and West Coast IPAs, brewpub owner Randy Barnette told InsideNoVa.
Ornery has hired a head chef and it’s developing a menu of pub foods and original entrees. To get a peek inside the new brewpub, check out their Facebook page here.
