Goodwill Grand Opening Saturday Morning
Celebration for new Dale City store and donation center includes family-friendly activities.
Goodwill of Greater Washington will host a ribbon cutting Saturday morning, opening the newest store and donation center in Dale City.
The new store will provide 35 new jobs in the Woodbridge area, according to a news release.
The ceremony will be held from 10 a.m. until noon at the Ashdale Plaza Shopping Center, 2950 Dale Boulevard.
The event will include a moon bounce, kids activities, free snow cones, face painting, ballon sculpting and a DJ.
Renovations to the new location were made possible in part through a $150,000 donation from Capital One.
