Today, the organic grocer has over 10 retail locations across Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. Lee Engle of Streetsense represented the tenant.
Ross will occupy 25,000 square-feet in early 2016. Ross is the largest chain of off-price apparel and home goods in America, with over 1,100 stores in 33 states. This Woodbridge location will be Ross’s 11th Virginia store. Scott Yurow from H&R Retail represented the tenant in this transaction.
