Gunshots Again Hit Homes in Woodbridge: Police
No one was injured but Prince William County Police say more than 20 such incidents, at least, have been reported this year.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — Well, it's happened again. Shots fired at and into residences. This time it occurred in the 4300 block of Ensbrook Lane, according to Prince William County Police.
Shortly after 11:45 p.m. Tuesday, police responded to several reports of residents hearing gunshots.
After arriving, they found that two town homes had been hit by bullets lodged in the interior walls. No injuries or other property damage was reported.

But the incidents nonetheless pile onto a troubling trend, police say, in which more than 20 homes — at least — have suffered similar fates this year in the county.
Prince William County believe the rash of shots into or at homes this year is partly due to residents having personal firearms stolen from their homes or vehicles, and offered tips last month how to avoid such thefts.
