Half-Naked Man Awakens Woman In Woodbridge ICYMI

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A woman awoke in wee hours of Sunday morning to find an unknown man with no pants standing over her bed in the 13900 block of Jefferson Davis Highway, according to Prince William County Police. Jonathan Josue Chocoj-Rodriguez, 27, was charged with burglary with intent to defile. He's being held without bond.

Shortly after 4 a.m., police responded to the Potomac Inn to investigate a burglary. The woman, 62, of Woodbridge, said she screamed when she saw the half-naked man standing over her, and her scream woke up her husband, who was sleeping next to her. The man tried to leave but was detained. Officers determined the man was intoxicated and had broken into the room through a kitchen window.
