Police: Hit-and-Run Suspect From Woodbridge
Man had an argument with the victim in a Winchester bar before allegedly striking the victim with his car, according to police.

WINCHESTSER, VA- Virginia State Police has arrested a Woodbridge man in connection to a hit-and-run in the overnight hours early Friday.
Lamar Andre Woolridge, 30, of Woodbridge, is facing charges of Hit and Run (Felony), Driving While Revoked, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and Malicious Wounding.
At 12:39 a.m. Friday, a state trooper responded to a call of a hit-and-run crash in the parking lot of the Blue Fox Billiards Bar and Grill in Winchester.

The victim was transported to Winchester Medical Center and his condition was not released.
A tag number provided to police matched a black 2011 Kia 4 door. The vehicle has also been located.

According to state police, Woolridge was at the Blue Fox Billiards Bar and Grill and had an altercation with the victim. He allegedly struck him with the vehicle as he left the parking lot.
