Home Vandals Caught Red-Handed in Woodbridge: Police

Two men and two female juveniles broke into a vacant residence, according to Prince William County Police, and then kicked through a wall.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — Four people, including two female juveniles, broke into a vacant residence in the 15100 block of Wentwood Lane and then broke through a wall into the adjacent residence, and then refused to leave when confronted by officers, according to Prince William County Police.

But a K9 unit was called and all four were arrested early Monday morning.

Matthew Preston Fox, 20, of the 5200 block of Karl Place, NE in Washington, and John Little Webb-McPhaul, 20, of the 4000 block of Minnesota Avenue, NE in Washington, were charged with two counts of burglary, two counts of destruction of property and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

They're being held without bond.

A 16-year-old from Washington and a 15-year-old from Woodbridge were charged with two counts of burglary.

Police responded to the scene shortly after 12:30 a.m. for a report of multiple trespassers.
