Homicide In Woodbridge Under Investigation: Prince William Police
According to police, the fatal shooting happened just after 11 p.m. in the 2300 block of Briar Rose Lane in Woodbridge.
WOODBRIDGE, VA — Prince William County police are investigating a fatal shooting that happened Monday night in Woodbridge. According to police, a 21-year-old man was found shot in a parking lot in the 2300 block of Briar Rose Lane. The man was taken to a nearby hospital where he later died.
Police responded to the shooting shortly after 11 p.m. Upon arrival, officers attempted to resuscitate the man.
Detectives from the Prince William County Homicide Unit are actively investigating the shooting to determine what led up to it. So far, no suspects have been identified.
