House Fire Displaces Family in Woodbridge

Occoquan-Woodbridge-Lorton Volunteer Fire Department saves several pets from burning home, according to report.

A Sunday afternoon fire in Woodbridge has displaced a family, according to a WUSA9 report.

At 1:15 p.m., Occoquan-Woodbridge-Lorton Volunteer Fire units responded to the home at 1940 Pohick Creek Court. The home is located off Old Bridge Road near Occoquan.

The fire was located in the kitchen and in a storage room in the basement, according to WUSA.
