J.C. Penney to Hold Career Fair in Woodbridge

Potomac Mills' store was once an outlet. Last year, . Then, the announcement came that a full retail J.C. Penney would be opening in the same location. 

Now, the Washington Examiner reports that the store will be holding a job fair in Woodbridge at the hotel near the mall.
