KKK Recruitment Sticker Found In Lake Ridge Community: Police
Prince William County officers found several suspicious stickers in a Lake Ridge community "depicting hate propaganda," the police said.
LAKE RIDGE, VA — Prince William County police found several stickers in a Lake Ridge neighborhood Monday, at least one of which appeared to contain recruitment information for the Ku Klux Klan, the police department said Tuesday.
The department said officers were called to investigate several suspicious stickers "depicting hate propaganda" that were found on community property in the area of Clipper Drive in Lake Ridge. A resident told police that one of the stickers appeared to contain KKK recruiting material.
The stickers were posted at random in the neighborhood between July 2 and July 13, the police said. The stickers did not contain any threats and did not appear to target anyone specific in the neighborhood, according to the police.
