Firefighters responded to the home in the 12000 block of Hatchway Court around 5:15 a.m. on Tuesday. First responders noted fire and heavy smoke emitting from the single-family home.

A tenant in the home told the owner about a fire on the first floor, and they were both able to self-evacuate, authorities said.
