Lottery Winner Nets $100K In Woodbridge

WOODBRIDGE, VA—When Woodbridge resident Bobby Flowers plays the Virginia Lottery Cash 5 game, which is nearly every day, he follows his own little personal drill. Namely, he plugs in his birthday, plus the number 33.

Said drill was a winner in the Sept. 25 drawing, when Flowers won a cool $100,000. He bought the ticket in the Wawa convenience store at 15809 Jefferson Davis Highway. His odds of winning were 1 in 278,256.
