Man, 28, Strangles Female Family Member, 63, In Woodbridge: Police
A man is being held without bond after strangling a 63-year-old female family in Woodbridge, according to Prince William County Police.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A man is being held without bond after strangling a 63-year-old female family member Aug. 26 in the 4800 block of Muscogee Lane, according to Prince William County Police. Raymond Gregory Noel, 28, of the aforementioned address, was charged with strangulation and domestic assault and battery.
Shortly after 5 a.m., police responded to the scene for a reported assault. The woman told police she and the man were involved in an argument that escalated. During the fracas, the man put his hands around her neck and choked her. Minor injuries were reported and Noel was arrested without incident.
