Man Ambushed, Beaten, Robbed in Woodbridge: Police

WOODBRIDGE, VA — Three men ambushed, assaulted and robbed a 20-year-old man Monday night in the 1900 block of Briar Rose Lane, according to Prince William County Police.

The wanted suspects are described as:

• A white male, around 20, 5-7 and last seen wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt.
• A black male, around 20, 5-9 and last seen wearing a dark blue hooded sweatshirt.
• A white male, around 20, 5-7, and last seen wearing a red hat and grey hooded sweatshirt.

Shortly after 5 p.m., the victim told police he had made arrangements to meet an unknown man in the aforementioned area. When he arrived, he was approached by the three suspects who took jewelry and undisclosed amount of money.

Minor injuries were reported.
