Man Arrested For Double Murder In Woodbridge: Police
Authorities arrested a man Tuesday for his role in a double murder Sunday in Woodbridge, according to Prince William County Police.

WOODBRIDGE, VA—Authorities arrested a man Tuesday for his role in a double murder Sunday in the 16800 block of Brandy Moor Loop, according to Prince William County Police. Daunte Anthony Moten, 22, of the 2400 block of 27th Court in Arlington, was charged with felony homicide and robbery.
Killed were Christopher Jermaine Williams, 28, of Woodbridge, and Israel Gamez Jr., 18, of Stafford. Gamez actually is one of the suspects, according to police.
An investigation found that the suspects—Moten and Gamez—made arrangements to meet the victims, Williams and a 22-year-old man, in the aforementioned area to sell a pair of shoes. At some point during the meeting, the suspects tried to rob the victims. During the altercation, Williams and Gamez were shot and killed.

Moten and the other victim fled on foot. Moten was later identified by detectives "in connection to planning for and being present during the robbery attempt." He was found and arrested without incident. More charges are pending.
