Man Arrested For Indecent Exposure at Potomac Mills: Police
He exposed himself and made obscene gestures at two people who walked past his vehicle, according to Prince William County Police.
WOODBRIDGE, VA — A man was arrested early last Friday night in the parking lot at Potomac Mills for exposing himself and and making an obscene gesture while two people walked by his vehicle.
Jose Antonio Gomez, 66, of the 13700 block of Longwood Court in Woodbridge, was charged with indecent exposure.
Police responded to the scene around 5 p.m., The victims — a 16-year-old girl and a 44-year-old man — told officers what had happened.
